Among the professional awards, Natacha Bakir, malware analyst at Senthorus was named as Woman of Influence; Peter Lane, consultancy director at Cyro Cyber as the Rising Star; and Tal Arad, CISO at Carlsberg Group as CISO of the year.

“This year’s awards saw a lot of new names collect awards, and it’s great to see such a variety of companies recognised,” said Dan Raywood, senior editor of SC Media UK.

“For this year we really wanted to make some changes to common practises, and we brought in new judges, co- chairs of our judging panel, and new categories to recognise how the industry’s technology trends are changing. This evolution does not end here, and we’re always keen to hear on how we can change the awards, so please follow announcements for 2026!”
