M&S Restores Click and Collect Service

Hangover of attack remains four months on.

M&S has resumed its click and collect service as it gradually restores services following the April cyber-attack.

M&S has been reinstating its online operations via its website and mobile app after it was forced to shut down its ecommerce business over the Easter bank holiday weekend, reports Retail Gazette.

The impact of the attack suspended services at the national retailer for days afterwards, with the removal of services reportedly costing M&S £43 million per week.
