Orange Cyberdefense Recognised for Global Incident Response and Cyber Resilience Services

Orange Cyberdefense wins Best Incident Response Solution for its intelligence-led incident response service, which helps organisations rapidly contain, investigate and recover from cyberattacks through a combination of threat intelligence, digital forensics and 24/7 response expertise.

The company argues that as attacks become more sophisticated and disruptive, enterprises increasingly require incident response partners capable of delivering both technical expertise and operational scale.

At the centre of the service is a dedicated European incident response team supported by a global CERT function, enabling organisations to access specialist responders, forensic investigators and threat intelligence analysts around the clock. This integrated model allows customers to move more quickly from detection and triage through containment, remediation and post-incident recovery.

Orange Cyberdefense places strong emphasis on trust and accreditation, highlighting certifications and industry recognition including TF-CSIRT, FIRST membership, CREST Approved status and UK NCSC Assured Service Provider designation. These credentials reinforce the maturity and credibility of its operational processes at a time when organisations are placing increasing scrutiny on third-party incident response providers.

Judges described Orange Cyberdefense as a winner-level entry, praising the maturity, operational depth and scale of the incident response capability.

“Orange Cyberdefense was recognised as a winner for its large-scale, highly accredited and expertly delivered incident response capability, underpinned by strong threat intelligence and proven operational performance.”

The judging panel highlighted the scale of the organisation’s operations as a major strength, citing a team of 40 dedicated responders across Europe supported by more than 160 global CERT experts. Judges also pointed to the delivery of more than 366 incident response and forensic engagements annually, alongside 38,000 malicious website takedowns, as evidence of significant operational reach and experience.

Judges further noted that industry accreditations reinforce confidence in the company’s expertise and delivery standards making the company a proven and trusted incident response partner capable of supporting organisations through increasingly complex cyber crises.
