Around three-quarters of organisations are implementing solutions to address the threat of deepfakes.
Around two-thirds of businesses believe deepfake attacks will have a high impact, but worry their organisation isn’t taking their threat seriously enough.
According to a survey of 500 business leaders by iProov, 73% of organisations surveyed are implementing solutions to address the threat of deepfakes - slightly more than are worried about the threat they pose.
In terms of dealing with them, 84% find AI is instrumental in protecting against deepfakes, while 75% of solutions being implemented to address them are biometric solutions. Organisations stated that they are most likely to use facial and fingerprint biometrics.
