Attackers accessed customer details for three days in August.
Major US car rental company Avis had some customers' personal information compromised following a breach of a business application last month.
According to Bleeping Computer reports that attackers were able to access individuals' names and other sensitive details between August 3rd and 6th.
No further details regarding the intrusion's nature and extent were provided, and Avis said it acted immediately to block the infiltration of the targeted business application, and several security measures have already been implemented since the breach.
