Nodex is working to restore systems from backups.
Russian ISP Nodex had its infrastructure "destroyed" following a cyber-attack earlier this week.
Suspecting the attack originated in Ukraine, a statement said the “planned” attack “destroyed” its infrastructure overnight.
According to The Record, Nodex added that it was working to restore systems from backups but could not provide a timeline for when operations would fully resume.
In an update on Wednesday, Nodex announced that it had restored its DHCP server, which assigns IP addresses and network settings to devices.
The Ukrainian Cyber Alliance — which previously took responsibility for attacks against a Russian city's admin network and the country's national card payment system — asserted that it completely compromised Nodex's network and data.
