Daniel Murray, founder of Cybershark Recruitment, said a significant portion of the market today is working remotely, or on a hybrid model, which explains the decline in company cars and car allowances.

Murray added that candidates he has worked with this year have indicated that their organisations have significantly reduced performance-related benefits due to the uncertain global economic climate.
