More Blue Yonder Supply Chain Victims Named

Retailer confirms systems were not affected.

Waterstones is the latest company to report having been affected by the Blue Yonder ransomware attack.

A Waterstones spokesperson told The Bookseller that its own systems had not been affected, its workarounds had been effective and it has continued to receive deliveries and send daily deliveries to its shops

“We are one of hundreds of companies worldwide that have been indirectly affected by connectivity issues for our warehouse systems, caused by the ransomware attack on Blue Yonder,” it said.

The attack on Blue Yonder was first reported in November, with many global companies partially affected.
