Microsoft Invests Further $700 Million in Polish Cybersecurity

Continuation of investment that was first announced in 2020.

Microsoft has announced that it plans to invest $700 million to enhance Poland’s cybersecurity infrastructure.

According to Investing, the move is a collaborative effort with the Polish armed forces. In a shared press conference with Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Microsoft President Smith revealed that this investment would contribute to the second phase of the previously completed $1 billion Polish data center project, which was first announced in 2020.

The additional investment in cybersecurity marks a continued commitment by Microsoft to strengthen digital infrastructure in Poland.
