The Pokémon Center has alerted customers in the United Kingdom and Germany to a data breach originating from its third-party logistics provider, CEVA Logistics, according to Bleeping Computer, Hackers gained access to customer personal and order information that was stored by CEVA, which handles the shipping of orders placed on PokemonCenter.com.
The cyberattack on CEVA Logistics, which occurred between July 29 and August 1, 2026, exposed data belonging to Pokémon Center customers. The compromised information includes full names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and details about the contents of their orders. Notably, CEVA Logistics does not have access to customer payment card details.
The breach has led to disruptions in shipping and, in some cases, the cancellation of customer orders. This incident also impacted Valve's Steam hardware customers in Europe. CEVA Logistics is a significant player in the shipping industry, operating 1,000 warehouses globally and handling millions of shipments annually. The attack highlights the vulnerability of supply chains and the cascading effects of third-party breaches on consumer-facing businesses.
